


The Trust was founded to honor the legacy of three remarkable individuals whose lives continue to inspire. Rai Bahadur Tara Chand Kshetrapal (1890–1964), a fearless law enforcer, was honored with multiple medals for risking his life 32 times in service. Amarnath Kshetrapal (1913–1988), a visionary in public administration, led Madhya Pradesh’s Excise Department with integrity, earning deep respect. R.G. Anand (1913–1982), an architect and theatre pioneer, shaped Delhi’s cultural and architectural scene, receiving the Sahitya Kala Parishad Award. Their courage, leadership, and creativity remain guiding lights for future generations.
